    Smittybilt Overland Trailer

my tongue weight on the enclosed trailer is just over 350 pounds. I built this as a toy hauler in 2014 to be able to haul our dual sport motorcycle and camp. Unfortunately, my wife is not able to spend as much time on the motorcycle as in our younger days, so selling the enclosed trailer and...

    Smittybilt Overland Trailer

Question on generator. Not sure I need to carry a generator, curious what others will do. I have an 82 quart arb fridge and led lights, but nothing else that takes power. I also have a dual battery kit for my jeep, so will have an extra optima under the hood, and have a solar charger that...

Back country discovery route may be a little technical in spots for a full sized rig. If you are close to Idaho, you can go east out of Athol, idaho into the mountains and come out in Wallace, idaho. Nice run for two days, and go point to point. I have a ton of GPS tracks in northern Idaho if...

Just found the forum. We have been oberlanding for over 30 years, before they called overlanding. My copilot is my wife of almost 40 years, and our rig is a well equipped 2014 Rubicon 4 door. We spend a week in Moab each year, as well as lots of weekend excursions around Idaho, Montana and...
