We bug the megapack of baby wipes from costco. I almost cant live without it when we are out camping. I hate dirty hands on the steering wheel. Plus its a real good substitute got a real shower.

I like that led on the rear window, i'm gonna steal that. Also the lights on the hr bumper is good altough right now i am wondering if i can weld a d-ring mount instead

Nah you got plenty of space. Back when i had the f150 we filled it up to the gills. It kinda struggled in the colorado passes lol.

I have a 6-person Cabela's tent, i remember paying $500 way back and it looks like those type of tents are cheaper now.
This year we moved to the TuffStuff RTT which comes with an annex around $1200. Of course I need a roof rack to mount it on so all in all is definitely way more expensive...
Took the weekend installing the AEV 2.5" lift retiring my Teraflex puck. I really liked how the leveling kit adds a bit of height and still preserving the factory ride. I ran the puck setup on the trails and several overland trips so it paid its due, but
a) i need a better suspension lift...
I simply use plano boxes. I added a weather seal on the lid to keep out dust.
I plan to rig a base for it for easy mount/dismount on the rack since the straps get annoying.

Both great ideas. I proved that thermacell works to ward off those mosquitoes just waiting for me to open the screen door. My tent comes with a shoe bag but your cubby looks more useful!

I agree with your assessment but for the prospective RTT buyer, here are some tips regarding the cons mentioned.
Note that this is relative to a family ground tent -- I only use the RTT when i bring my family with me. And I think that is the important part why this just works for me. When...
Previous was a nonstick pan coz the wife says so.
To complement that an AEV 2.5 lift is now on its way and 35s to match, coz the wife says so!

As far as where the coolers go
3 blocks of dry ice in the rtic for 1 week. The other cooler on the ground was useless.

We do the same, two coolers with one i call the fridge/freezer (dry ice). It is a heavy setup and the ice takes up lots of space!
My wife and i just decided that we are going for a real fridge and i am hopeful that we will shave off some weight doing so.

I have the butane only and we find that we had been using this mostly vs the coleman 2-burner since it is in our quick box. The butane can goes quick though but like the heat output.

It really depends on how you camp. Any base camping, you will not like the RTT. If you tend to move around more then that's where the RTT shines.
I only setup my RTT right before we go to sleep. That gives me enough time to leave the truck free to do any kind of runs (firewood, beer, etc)...
I have CCW but i don't generally carry on my day-to-day. It may be in the safety compartment but for the most part stays at home. And I am comfortable with that.
But when overlanding/dispersed camping, I always have it with me and I consider it as just another tool, and just like how i use it...
My trasharoo holds my potty (cleanwaste go) and as family of four the trash adds up aling with human waste. Occasionaly used for firewood as well. I've used it a lot so i can say it is One of my useful camping gear.

Seems like rtt or not my gas mileage is the same. It's the roof rack that seems to impact my mileage most.
I can say that the rtt weight makes the weight shifts more pronounced. Not scary but you'll definitely crawl slower to soften the side whipping.

nice, i wish i have the real Dana 44 on my Hard Rock too, though i probably don't need it for the terrain i am driving. Great color choice too, the pinstripes will blend well :).
