Well. I went at it from the Cadomin side. When you cross the cardinal divide, you can drive about 5km (give or take) east before you hit the concrete dividers and ditch that's been dug into the road. After that it's another 2km east and the creek washed out the road on the bend you can see in...
Some people like wal-mart. It's probably the best campground in the city. I usually try to get there 30 minutes before closing and hide inside a rack of pants until they close. It's bright with the lights and everything on, but the a/c is nice.
Yeah. My wife says I'm not helpful too.
Joseph...
Just go to a furniture manufacturer/upholstery supply type company and get a 2 or 3" thick chunk of foam the right size. Throw a fitted sheet on it and away you go.
Something like this place. Www.thefoamking.com
Obviously I wouldn't buy it in Alberta, but you get the point. [emoji846]
Good heads up! The kids are going to be there with their grandparents at lacombe days. I'll tell them to wave at the jets cuz I once visited the same website as the guy that sent them there... or maybe just because the jets are cool. Either way. [emoji846]
Oh. And look me up. I'm in the city...
Clifford and a creek crossing in central Alberta.
This is one of my favourites. My old Chevy and I'm on the only road out. 2 days previously there was no creek across the road.
Radiation road trip!
Had a bit of a bout with cancer, and ended up with some radiation the other day. As a result I had to be a minimum of 10 feet from everyone for 7 days... Shitty, but whatcha gonna do... Road trip! After a few days of letting the radiation settle and making sure things...
If you're passing through the Alberta prairies consider stopping at the tyrell museum in drumheller, Ab.
Just east of Banff checkout kananaskis country. Tons of hiking and trails. Spray lakes road and highway 40 are beautiful with far less Banff crowding.
In Banff check out the elbow...
This is a story I read just before I called my insurance company. Seems he followed the right steps.

I called my insurance company and asked them. They said I "could" get an appraisal but it's really not required. My policy says I get "replacement" or "replacement cost".
In theory, I expect it to go down something like this:
Ins: you truck is worth $12.75
Me: no way! It's worth at least $20k...
I hear you. I put a masonry ventilation mat under my mattress and keep a window open. That helps a lot. But I have the same issue in my holiday trailer (tent ends).
After tearing a mudflap off a couple times I tweaked the tie back to a double chain.
Stickers, stickers, stickers!!! Who doesn't love stickers!?!
Well, I don't like stickers. But I like Canada so I'll make an exception for these. [emoji846]
