    My basecamp water container

@wahoowad , I also use that same blue container, and it's been awesome. I've had it for a couple of years now and it's never leaked on me. I like the fact that it holds as much water as it does, and the fact that the spigot actually works surprising well, from a slow pour to a faster pour. I...

    Hello everyone!!!

Welcome @AJcuzz ! Overland Bound is an awesome community and I'm sure you'll enjoy it here! I use to travel each year to Vegas for trade-shows for the industry I'm in. I used to love getting OUTSIDE of downtown Vegas and exploring. Such a great place!

    ARB awning and room

Just for additional info, you can use the Foxwing awning extensions with the ARB awnings. You need to buy the Rhino Rack double zipper adapter thingy that slides into the ARB awning channel. I run that setup. It’s awesome! You can use it as a windbreak or have a 16ft awning if you use some poles...

US East Northern VA / MD Monthly Meetups

So my nice air-conditioned drive on Saturday turned into finding a great camp spot right on the Shenandoah River. There's nothing better than going out and just driving, exploring, and finding new spots. Thanks @JRElaxED for braving the heat and coming out Saturday night!

US East Northern VA / MD Monthly Meetups

@Nootherids , yep, you got it. Filled with vendors and manufacturers, at least almost every major brand, classes, skills courses, and the absolute best part about any event like this is all of the folks camping on the property. You see such a huge variety of vehicles and setups in the camp...

How about we just start calling it CAMPING again, and then we won't have to waste time worrying about debating it? lol

What is the last thing you bought and plan to buy?

Thanks @Tupenny ! It's the Smittybilt rack, with a Fuelpax/Rotopax mount I attached on the drivers side of the rack, and a Hi-Lift base that's also attached through one of the existing holes in the rack. It's perfect for hauling fire wood!

    This Thing Is HUGE!

I thought the same thing when mine showed up as well-damn this thing is big! It was so inexpensive compared to most other bags that I went ahead and mounted it anyway. I've had it for about a year now and it's been perfect. It's held up well, served it's purpose, and after it's mounted for...

    Has overlanding become elitist ?

Personally, I definitely fall into that category of being a gear freak! I admit it, I really like gear, and love to personally experience the difference between products, and have no problems spending my hard earned money on it. I'm also not married and don't have any kids lol, which...
