If you can I would recommend a stop in Extremadura region on the border with Portugal it does mean you will miss or have to double back for the very south of Portugal but it's worth it. Plenty of history, great food, great weather.
We are on the other side of Spain to you on our way back from Morocco. Waiting for some parts to arrive after my rear prop failed. We are still mobile but only 2WD and plan to hit the coast of Portugal on our way home.
If you are still in Morocco the roses des sables should be approaching the end of there race so might be worth checking out if you happen to be anywhere near them. Last I heard they were in Tazzarine we have come across them twice in our trip so far and it's quite a sight.
Welcome Enzo, Dakar was my first trip in North Africa last year. We followed the coast route, we crossed at Diama instead of Rosso. I'm heading back down to North Africa now but probably just Morocco as we have spent to much time in Spain and Portugal this time.

Welcome my man, pyrenees was one of my first overseas trip and have been several times since. First but of advice take the ferry to Bilbao it saves hitting mile after mile of tarmac across France with expensive fuel and toll roads.
I would check the following
1. Measure tire diameter and if the front to rear is different adjust the pressures until you can match the diameter front axle to rear.
2. Check fluid level in transfer case.
3. Check selector linkage and adjust.
Also sometimes I find putting into 2WD or 4WD full...
If you are still running stock springs it might be worth changing them rather than the ACOS spacer as you can match the spring rate to when you a fully loaded.
OME will give you a similar height to your spacers or get a set of ZJ springs and use your spacers.

Most of my Overlanding involves mountains as i like to also head off by foot for a day or two. Zamberland are my favorites they do take some breaking in though
