I don't have any experience with CVT other then when I was searching for my RTT. Additionally, Hi is new to the scene. I have a Tepui Kukenam which I have had since April 2015, and a 6ft awning since March 2016. I chose Tepui for a couple reasons:
- Quality. They were the only company which...
For the Jeep: tires, wheels, winch, snorkel...in that order.
Me: Get my business launched. Hoping to debut at Overland Expo West. Also finish my Firefighter1 cert.
For trips: Overland Expo West. Death Valley NP. Yellowstone NP. Off The Grid....again...in that order hah
Hey Lassen, yes the Tepui RTT is mounted to the factory roof rack and cross bars. I am currently running stock size (235?) Toyo ATs. Soon I will be changing wheels as well as upgrading to 265's.

Good write up @Michael
I look at lockers (and nearly every other modification) like a form of insurance. By that I mean, whether it's lockers, a snorkel, winch, recovery boards, snap straps etc. what's cheaper?
What'a cheaper? A locker or a tow bill to get out of a whole you stuck in?
What's...
Been a while since I've been on the site (weird how a move and new job take up your time?) Along with the new home, and new job, I also have a "new" (to me) vehicle. I traded in the Frontier for a 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee (WK).
Here is the old Frontier
Here is the Jeep
Basic specs;

Sure did have a lot of fun with @SLO Rob and @Mad_Garden_Gnome even with the fried alternator, clogged radiator, and dented door. Usually I'm all about taking pictures and videos, however my mind was occupied by other things this day.
Here's a clip of @SLO Rob taking a little hill. Sorry...
