Hi Mountain Trail and Garcia Ridge

Im headed up to Arroyo Grande for Thanksgiving and to visit some family. I was thinking of heading up Hi Mountain Trail then hanging a right on Garcia Ridge for a bit more technical stuff.

Anyone know if Garcia is open after the rain we got last weekend? Supposed to be sunny all week long.

I checked the Ranger site, didnt show any closings.

As far as I know it's still open. What day are you going to do the trail? I'm possibly free Sunday.

Garcia Ridge (30S18) is not indicating closed at this time.

Cool well I will have to give it a go.

The only real day I have to do it is Saturday. Friday is Turkey day for my family, mostly because I have to work later Thurs and then drive up from San Diego.

Sunday will be my go home day.

SLO county roads is showing that Hi-Mountain has been re-opened. However, with rain this weekend they may close it again

Finally made it up there this weekend. Little rainy and muddy but still a blast.
