Three of us met up to check this place out. It's actually pretty great and we would have explored much deeper had two out of three of us not shorted our alternators in a big mud bog. @SLO Rob @S.L.O_X @Mad_Garden_Gnome Absolutely going back.

Looks like a lot of fun. Sometimes I miss living in Phoenix, where I could drive a few miles out of the city and have miles and miles of trails. Not a lot back home in Iowa where I live now.

Alright, in all fairness to the alternator carnage, I now know I hit that mud harder than I thought. Ten broken attach points on the front (what they call a plastic) bumper. Helllllllllloooooooooooo new winch bumper!

Damn I didn't know your bumper took that much of a hit! Golly gee gosh darn, you need a new bumper!

Yea, I remember walking by the Xterra while we were elbows deep in rigs and thinking, hmmmmm.......that doesnt look right. I nudged it. It moved slightly. It appeared that it would hang on until we got home. I chose not to explore it further.

Sure did have a lot of fun with @SLO Rob and @Mad_Garden_Gnome even with the fried alternator, clogged radiator, and dented door. Usually I'm all about taking pictures and videos, however my mind was occupied by other things this day.

I noticed the pinstripes on bumper that day, but I just noticed the dent in my door to go along with it yesterday.

Aw man, I didn't think that dented @S.L.O_X Bummer. You were probably pretty locked in on your temp gauge, understandably.
