    SALINE/DEATH VALLEY

We were there during a the shut down over the holiday.. loads of people, but yes.. be cautious, my bother busted a rear axle in Dedeckera, we did a full swap, but there were 10-12 rigs that passed is on that Saturday while we were working on it. Worst road conditions were north part of saline...

    SALINE/DEATH VALLEY

Plan extra time from the crater to the racetrack.. rumor has it.. worst road in North America.. washboard... Sounds fun though, you'll make up time from Lippincott to warm springs, it's been grated recently. Going down Dedeckera.. stay left, stay left, stay right, crank to left, swing wide...

    SALINE/DEATH VALLEY

You'll be plenty fine to run about any trail you could get to this time of year.. no doubt! If you're going solo.. just avoid the Hunter mountain area.. it's traveled lightly in the winter, conditions change fast.

Post your forward lighting set up

50" light bar up top (White or Amber) low ditch lights wired up with the foggers and undercarriage lights up front. 6" bar led floods on the sides and 4" square LEDs out the rear. Pics don't do justice of course, but I've got 360° coverage.

Family Overland Trailer Build - A-Aron

Math mostly.. but I built my trailing arms, then dry fit everything before I welded in the cross member for the trailing arms. Wheels are centered in the wells when fully compressed but ride slightly forward in the wells due to the geometry of trailing arms on angles. Then mounted the shocks...

    SALINE/DEATH VALLEY

Just was there Dec 25-30.. wind was nuts, some of the roads have been graded recently which was a nice treat. Let me know if you have any questions. Drove about every road you can in the winter north of the 190.

Family Overland Trailer Build - A-Aron

Thanks, the larger door on the passenger side has a small "entry way" just enough room to change your pants without doing it laying in bed, and to access storage right there. Also makes a nice place to put shoes and hang your coat without getting them on the bed. Trailer box and frame width...

    Recovery Bag Recommendations

I have a Rigid hard case attached to my rear bumper for the basics.. air up hose, shackles, air down tool, 30 ft snatch strap, 20ft tow strap, and gloves. Nice not to open up the hatch or dig under seats for quick stuff. It is easily detachable so I can carry it up the trail to assist if...
