Yeah I can crimp RJ45... But not whatever this coax cable is. Problem is solved now either way and the install is super tidy how I like it. Nothing exposed anywhere. Mic can be stowed easily when parking in not great areas....

yup... looks like a good setup... as for crimping RJ45... I might have to get you to make an extension cable for my 706 mic. it uses RJ45, and while I USED to be a computer tech, if I wanted to crimp RJ45 these days I would have to swipe my dad's crimping tool and look up a tutorial as it has been long enough I do not remember which pair goes wear :)

Just purchased some new shocks for my truck....have to balance it as a DD/Kid Mover and part-time off-road camper. Plan on installing them sometime in the next couple weeks once all the rain stops.

Continuing on...just installed Vector's GGB for JL. First time I have been at this point; no parts to get next! Wait, what? Will tidy up wires, take inventory, and weigh everything.

Last thing I bought was some take-off rock rails for the Gladiator. Didn't really plan on doing lift/suspension and good thing I bought the rails because some light wheeling over the weekend made me realize just how long the wheelbase is. Probably going to drop a chunk of coin on a 2.5" lift and some Fox 2.5's at some point toward the fall.

I know I know, not really 'overlandy' but for Europe and where we go camping it's perfect. This is our new mobile base camp. Moved up from a tent that we used the last few years.

Most newer European trailers have simular looks. Our Hobby (yes, Hobby is the brand) is a 2020 model so can't be more modern :P

Just put some pro comp ds5 dual flood/spot lights on the bumper. Next will be flush mount pods for the rear

Fortunately I’m in an industry that has thrived through COVID, but it’s kept me from hanging out on OB!
Did a full Goose Gear plate system. I absolutely love not having anything to setup now! Even added some sliding rear windows in the hardtop for ventilation and did one of Vector Offroads new aluminum rear interior shelf’s. Love this setup!
