Cannot figure out how to multiquote here, that I had done that before here.
The Blue Ridge one was given to me by Tom over from the fjcruiserforums site.

NetDep, someone suggested on another forum I just swing out the LCD screen on my camera, that should allow me to get the camera further back to get more in the picture.

I'm about to pop out my rear tail light.... Get out the Dremel.... And see how I'm going to mount this CB Antenna....
(the wife says I've got 45 minutes...)
So, I popped out my rear tail light to only realize that it would either take some serious fabrication or modification to add my antenna mount - WHICH would then stick out just enough to get snagged on a tree and then rip out my light with the mount... Which would be no bueno. Does anyone have any experience mounting a CB Antenna to the rear of a Gen 4 4Runner? Those Gen 3 guys have mounts for days... But not us Gen 4 folks....

Finally installed my Teraflex Bump Stop Extenders up front. I didn't install any when I did my lift a few years back and Ehrrmergerd when I would come off rocks or ledges, the pucker factor of the front end smashing/bottoming out was very unnerving. I did it with the help of my 7yo son and then tested it on my front yard landscaping rocks. Very happy and much less pucker factor now!

Working on a roof top basket for Dam Roger. At this point I have the bottom section welded up and the top rail tact on. I am waiting on a dimpling tool to complete some side panels that will add rigidity to the thing. I also have to come up with some attachment point connections. More fab work this week at the Booger Welding Company.:smiley:20161030_165035.jpg 20161030_164819.jpg

Added some DepHep High Lift brackets. I was using home made ones, but they mounted right to the Utilitrack rail and blocked the whole rail. These mount the jack lower and free up the rail. And yes, I'm going to clean and lube my Jack. It has sat in my garage for months.

Had to pull the fan back out. I wanted to add more support to take some weight off of the top radiator mount points. I also wanted to expand the fairing in order to increase the area that the fans drew through the radiator. So I cut off the bottom of the fan fairing and fabbed a new combination support and fairing that would take advantage of the old mount locations on the bottom of the radiator.

Mock up.

DIMPLES!

Between cutting heat and dimpling, this panel was an arch. With some creative heating I got it reasonably straight.

Meh. Rusty on the TIG machine.

Everything looks good in flat black.

Nope, nothing stolen.
I have them on video from the security system. They picked up a rock at the gate of the construction site down the street.
They were walking back from a football game at the High School down the street.
You can see them point to my vehicle like "See if you can hit that" and the shorter of the two lobbed it square at the back window.14610934_10211266248356011_8780843195393961275_n.jpg
