Quiet day at work today, so I was able to work a bit on the design of my bumper. Pretty close to being ready to fabricate if I don't get another wild hair to do another complete 180degree design change

Nice!

Do you have a bender? (I want a bender)

I wish. Designed it all out of NPS2 SCH40 and used 90* or 45* bends where possible to use off the shelf elbows, if I can't find a shop nearby to bend for a good price. The other ones I'll just cut 90* bends to the needed angle.

We just got a sweet tube notcher at work though, even punches drain holes for galv, but only does 90* notches so not sure how useful it will be for me to use.

Good time yesterday. Got the brake issue fixed, tailgate lined up and my radiator was pretty covered with mud in the back.

And yes I gotta invest in a better jack system, it was a bit sketchy. Gotta get me That shovel pic combo too
I think @707nick has the only stuck pictures lol

Installed hothead headliner and sound assasin strips. Also there side inserts. Drops the temp inside and supposed to make it quieter inside. Had 72-74 decibels at 70 mph before install. We see tomorrow what the new reading will be.IMG_20160612_190101.jpgIMG_20160612_190227.jpg
