I have a brand new Gazelle T4 Hub Tent, still in the box. I had picked this up when Gazelle was having trouble keeping any inventory, then lucked into an Overland Edition T4 while at an expo, so I have no need for the other. Still listing at $349 new on Gazelle's site, asking $300. I live in Memphis area, but would be willing to drive to meet someone halfway.

I'd be fine shipping. To be honest, I looked up shipping costs from my end a while back and it was going to be enough that it'd be the same price from Gazelle. But if you have an account that gets you a good discount, it might be worth it. I'll get the dimensions and weight this afternoon.

That said, if I don't happen to find a local buyer in the next couple of months, there's a good chance I'll be driving through Phoenix in early June (driving out to San Diego to visit some family). If you're still looking at that point I could meet you on the way.
We're going to end up flying for this trip, so I won't be driving through the AZ area this go round.
