I was thinking more along the line that the “nicer” areas and one trying to keep a certain “image” would more likely ban them.I can see warm weather states and high tourism areas as not allowing overnight stays, to keep the "riff raff" out and moving on. ;)

Nope. There is a Walmart in an area of Wichita that the average income is around $1M, and that's not including the three Koch family estates within walking distance of it.Isn't "nicer" areas and Walmart an oxymoron!
