Just so all are aware and that it's clear. This is being organized in line with guidance as available at this time and what the perceived requirements are in Sept. This might mean late notice cancellation or restrictions placed on the event.
I am already speaking to GLASS, Powys Byways group and Elan Valley Trust and no objections have yet to be received.
As I work in a public and customer-facing role a lot of the requirements are already well known and all attending will have some paperwork to complete and fill out prior to attending in Sept if it is still required.
