I'm in Heber City/Park City. We get a few feet of snow each winter, but the roads are always plowed. We have a couple of nights in the -15 range but normally it runs around +15 for lows at night and 30-40 in the day.
Because of the altitude change, you can go three miles and have many feet of snow or go the other way and have zero snow and 50 degrees.
