It has about 20 inches of ground clearance. A matching spare tire and 11 lb. propane bottle are located on the driver’s side. Rear stabilizer jacks. It has a deep-cycle AGM battery and is solar ready. The functional interior features custom cabinetry, a flip-up table and a queen-sized bed. A 4X2 table stores under the bed. There are 110V, 12V and USB ports in several interior and exterior locations and all the lighting is LED. It has an onboard 10-gallon water tank and on-demand pump with exterior hookups on front and side and an instant-on propane hot water heater. Air conditioner/heater and Maxxfan on the roof keeps the inside comfortable, regardless of weather conditions. An 8X8 Napier room for the back is included. An 8X8 ARB side awning is included and adding the tent room underneath (not included) yields another 64 square feet of living space. The storage compartments up front go all the way across the trailer so fishing tackle and other camping equipment can be stored. The toolbox on the tongue holds tools, chocks, electrical cords, etc. and there is lots of storage under the couch/bed.
