My vote is for quick-disconnects. It gives you the best of both worlds. Better handling on-road and better articulation when off-road. Also, as mentioned, it depends on your suspension. Removing the anti-sway bars on leaf springs is a safer option than doing so on coil springs at highway speeds.

I personally don't run away bars front or rear, its my experience the leaf springs provide enough stability. My XJ doesn't lean hard one way or the other on the daily commutes. For a vehicle with coil springs at all four corners I would say just run the rear sway bar. If you have the money quick disconnects are the way of the jet eye but if you don't just unhook the front and leave the rear. You'll have a little looser ride and all the articulation in the front suspension when you need it but still have some stability.
