Tonight’s offering. Homemade beef vegetable soup needs salt too, right????

hummmm....the carrots are sliced with ridges so they look canned or frozen, but there is too much meat for the whole thing to be canned. doesnt look too bad and you will be seeing the corn again later, so yeah...

Looks homemade, and tasty, using frozen veggie mix it appears to be.
Very acceptable in my book. Being a vegetable soup the corn is allowed but in soup only! Definitely shows a meaty presentation.

I'd accept a taste test,,,,,for culinary approval of course.

It’s similar. But less salt ;)

As for the carrots, I usually use a bag of baby carrots but found these already cut in the produce section. What a time to be alive!

I don't use much salt when cooking, I depend on the ingredients to give it flavor and I start with peppered and garlic powdered braised pork instead of beef. Then I add everything vegetable I can find with an abundance of halved baby new potatoes, celery, diced turnips, tomatoes, tomato sauce, catchup, g beans, corn, lots of onions, some sugar, peas, minced garlic, and course g black pepper. Then I cook it all day and eat it all week.
