That seems like there might be some personal opinion in there? Maybe? ;)Get your RTIC products while you can - because they've just been nailed for Patent Infringement.
YETI filed a lawsuit against RTIC in 2015 and the courts ruled that a majority of their products are a carbon copy of YETI's.
What does this mean? Well, the people who run RTIC are turds and they lack integrity and they're going to be going out of business very soon.
But it doesn't mean their product is bad - in fact, it's been proven to stand up to YETI's... SO GET WHILE THE GETTIN' IS GOOD!!!!!
RTIC is going to be liquidating assets in order to pay off their massive debt.
Anyone else confused? That seems like there might be some personal opinion in there? Maybe? ;)

Nope. RTIC has to stop making YETI copies and pay YETI a fine. It sounds like they knew this was a foregone conclusion, and are already in production on 2017 product that complies with the lawsuit.Anyone else confused?
But they both claim victory, and Yeti's post says RTIC has to stop selling the items in dispute immediately, RTIC says 'keep ordering'. They must be liquidating all existing items in dispute.Nope. Is that how anyone else read these?

Oh, I completely understand and agree! I was a draftsman, then new product designer for Rockwell Power Tools (now Delta) and then RIDGID pipe working equipment for 36 years. In both cases a lot of time and money was spent in litigation against patent infringement.I've been in product development, design, and manufacturing for 20 years - so it just rubs me the wrong way.
