Looks like coming along. Due to machine shop delays, my FZ motor took 6 months.
Did you get enough seat time in the recaros yet? Some people swap in the late model Rover seats. I think their a good step up from the stock ones. I'm in the same frame of mind about the scheel mann seats. Yeah their quality but.....ugh their expensive.
Unfortunately no seat time. But they’re comfy. Might not be scheelman level but they’re a fraction of the cost.

$17k later, new motor...
More will be provided about this entire process on YouTube. It will be easier to gather all the information.

The cost was higher than I anticipated, but I can't argue that it was the better decision. A rebuilt motor with numerous upgrades and fixes along the way.

Definitely going with that Kaymar rack! love that look, where did you source it?

That Dobinson setup is in my future... What spring rates did you go with? I have the IMA on my GX and love it, just wished I'd gotten adjustable. 80's going all out! I've got a Dobinson entry level but it was purchased by my brother when we used the rig for hunting so it's over sprung (+400 rear, +200 front) right now since I've got no extra weight on it.

You can order it on their site

Highly recommend the Dobinson setup. Feels like it just floats over everything.
I got these springs:
