I know there's a scale at Georgetown Metal Recycling (32800 Ronald W Reagan Blvd, Georgetown). I use it when taking scrap on the trailer. If you don't tell them you are just weighing your rig, they may not notice you getting the number and just driving off.

Man, I wish I could go to the trip this weekend. I dropped the camper shell off on Sunday to get paint matched to the truck and will hopefully be picking it up Saturday. Maybe the next one.

For reference, here’s what she looked like. Soon, she’ll be the Silver Bullet, or surfer... haven’t decided yet.

Here in Phoenix the city landfill allows us to weigh our vehicles. you might try that.
