Hey all!
Looking for some recommendations on a quality bag to keep my recovery gear in. Something you have experience with is preferred. Needs to be large enough to keep a extended recovery rope, several 3/4 & 7/8" shackles, a couple snatch blocks, and some tree straps.
Links would be helpful.
Thank for your help!

I went with 2 ARB recovery bags. The large and the side zip rectangular one for my gear. The large holds...........a bridle 8 ft.), a kinetic strap 20 ft, a 30 foot tow strap/winch line extension, and a Warn H/D winch blanket. It also can carry a simple scissor type snatch block (36k) The small rectangular bag holds a tree/bridle (8 ft strap), and 2- 7/8" shackles and the same 36k snatch block. I also have the HD type snatch block that WARN and Smittybilt offer (heavy wt.) that i carry separately. A couple of 3/4" shackles also fit.
I have a tasked zip bag that carries a 2 ton 'come-along' which goes in the option column if possibly needed. Decent bags are not cheap
overall, and at least with these they are specific
ARB Large bag.
ARB MICRO BAG
I like the bright recovery orange color. It makes for easy identification, like if you ask someone to get it when time is a factor) The quality seems HD also on both bags. Yes they are a little expensive, but can not be mistaken in a packed expedition rig......aka......easy identification. I have missed some small gear in the dark post use, so the bright color is a reminder also. Many places offer them, price is similar, but you can find deals either on sales tax or shipping etc.
Of course it does not have to be flashy, any bag will work, but quality and heavy duty construction will make for years of use, , Look at what gear amount you will need, and what will fit for your needs.
If I get a snatch rope, it will have it's own bag
