So I have a question for everyone…I’m torn between two vehicles to start my next build on. Any help would be greatly appreciated, so I have a 2004 Lexus gx470 and a 1991 Mitsubishi Pajero 2.5 diesel. My question is have any of you had any experience with the Pajero? How about with the GX what’s your opinions between the two. Thanks in advance for any feedback

As a feedback for next time, maybe use a better descriptive title for your thread :)

Colombia
I had a Mk 1 Pajero in Africa for a while and it was very capable, although the track was a bit narrow.

We have a Mk 4 Montero (same as a Pajero) at home - it has covered a lot of tough ground in Colombia and we took it to Australia for a 10 month / 48,000 km wander around the continent, including a Simpson crossing and the GRR. It's very capable and comfortable. When we bought it we considered a new Land Cruiser as well and the Montero is essentially as capable, and was HALF the price.
