That is awesome and will be much easier to use than the current blocks. Would there be a limit to the size of area you are able to download?

ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC!!!

I d/l'ed some offline maps for this weekend and had written up yet another "nit list" for @Michael this morning but did not send as it was nothing he had not heard :)
Question - assume everything within the bounding box is considered "high resolution" maps?
Question - assume we will still be able to see an on-map representation of maps that we have already fetched? (across devices?)
Question - size limits for the bounding box?
Request - would love to have maps, or at least the list of d/l'ed maps, appear across devices so I don't have to repeat the steps for each device.
Request - if there is a limit to the number of maps that we can d/l can you show that in the UI with something that shows how close we are to the limit?

Thank you! I think we are at two milkshakes now ;) Made my day!!!

Oh wow - that is cool!

In reference to @Ubiety question 3 above, perhaps a consumed memory/estimated size of the downloaded area while dragging? Then I'd know if I was going to crater my iPad when attempting a download
