How do you like that griddle? I was about to buy it, but noticed the top is a non-stick surface that requires silicon tools. Has this been an issue?

Love it. Just have to be careful since the surface is non-stick coated aluminum. Just be careful and there's no problem.

How do you like the camp chef? I've looked at it as an alt to shelves. I actually like to cook away from my Jeep but everything I have been spec'ing as of late is slide outs...which are hard mounted and I already complain about the lack of cargo space.
You need a small utility trailer...space problem solved.

I can't do the slide out the back kitchen like many have on here because of the necessity of keeping the bed available for "homestead jobs," so for years I've been using the plano sportsman's case as the "Kitchen Bin." Recently I finally decided that I hate it, so I revamped my kitchen setup:

I currently deploy my Woods folding camp kitchen beneath these, under the awning, like so:

But I may see about doing away with the folding camp kitchen altogether in favour of a bar/table that hangs from the edge of the truck bed, as I've seen some on here do. We'll see, but for now, this is a huge improvement over using the plano case in the back.
