OB App Issue?

Is anyone else having an issue with the app? I deleted it and re-downloaded it from the App Store twice already.

Issues: launches but only shows splash screen. After reinstall, now just letting me post. Before, after logging in and checking my profile, I was immediately taken back to the screen with ALLOW access buttons.
