Tomorrow is the Overland coffee gathering at BlackDiamondCafe. Kind of late to rsvp at this point, but it just means you can park in the lot across from the cafe rather than in front. Would be an excellent opportunity to meet other Bay Area OB members.

Alyson and I discovered this cool taproom in Santa Clara last week called The Halford... lots of group tables and 71 beers on tap. Anyone interested in an OB Bay Area meet up in the next month or so? Team Disco Dolls Meet and Greet... LOL!

I know that some of of the guys on the expo forums used to meet up at a Starbucks in Sunnyvale on the 1st and 3rd Sunday of the month, but I think they migrated over to meeting at the Halford now. I've never been, but could be an opportunity to meet more Overlanders.

I see Bay Area meets every now and then on the calendar and in the forum, but nothing regular. I think Sacramento has one every week. I can't commit to every week, but I could commit to one or two a month in the South Bay if we want to set up a regular meeting place on a specific day, ie first and third Tuesday, etc.

Weekly is too often, we'd never have time to hit the trails. Lol. I think once a month is good

Sacramento has a weekly, but it's mid-week in the evening so it doesn't conflict with wheeling trips.
