Nissan Xterra Repair

Has anyone replaced an oil pan on their Xterra? My brother's 2002 oil pan is rusted through and he got a quote for $1,200. Does that seem reasonable?

1200 does seem high, check www.rockauto.com for a pan
oil pans shouldn't be difficult to do in ur driveway
