3/16 aluminum drawers. Accuride slide’s for 500 lb capacity.
What to expect:
as of now they will ship as a rolling chassis. Sheeting this box system is DIY.
Which will allow us to sell a two drawer system for $ 1,200 plus shipping.
4Runner

Jk keep
And any specific size you my need.
Cheers and outfit & explore.

Good morning.

I've been scouting about for a single aluminum drawer I can use in my long wheelbase GMC cargo van. I'd be interested in the dims of available drawers and overall frame widths. Possibly same thing in my trailer. Might just get the drawers and put into my own Accuride slide cabt.

Looking forward to seeing what you put together for a site, or page of info, details, images.

Where are you and Hotel de Felux located?

We are in Salt Lake city Utah.
Right now we are sourcing out or aluminum drawers. Our frames Are welded so we can customize for any sizes. We are also working on sealed drawer faces so they should be fairly dust resistant.
Cheers and thanks for your interest feel free to email me and I’ll keep you updated as we progress.

What does the empty setup weigh as pictured?
What options do you provide for mounting Sheeting? Sheetmetal only? Wood Plastic?
You mentioned sealing the drawerfronts, what about drawer lids with seals/worksurface?

Let me get back to you on the empty weight. If I had to guess we are pushing 100lbs

We are still nailing down the sheeting, tops & flooring as of now.
For my rig I went 3/4 plywood floor. The frame will come loaded with Rivnut’s so do it your self installation is straight forward.

As you can tell this is very new adventure for us, so top/sides floor will be an option in time.
rolling chassis only....for now.
And many other ideas for making our overlanding orginized & injoyable.

@Feluxt4r

Let me know what you come up with for Dry weight. I'd like to compare it to the 1/2" BB plywood set I'm just about done building. Also wondering if your drawers are same or lighter than plywood.

Your kit might be a good fit for a friend so I'll let her know so she can add it to her list of options to consider.

I just weighed my drawer system over the weekend. My setup consists of carcass (39 1/8" x 41 3/8" x 11 5/8"), 2 drawers (35" x 18 3/16" x 10 3/8"), 2 side flaps and 2 sleeping platforms over the rear seats. Constructed from 1/2" Baltic Birch Ply, 36" Ryadon 500 lb capacity Drawer Slides, Carpeted weighed in a bit over 155 pounds and cost $740.22 +build time.

I'm interested to see how this stacks up size/weight wise to your professional setup.
