Traveler I

We recently finished an expedition trailer and made our way through Yellow Stone and over to Grand Targhee where we were found and hunted down by a member. I am not sure that I spoke with this member, but Dana was able to track down our information (Stout Fabrication) and sent us an email telling us about this forum. I wish I had found it before my trailer build but considering it is a work in progress, I am sure I can still pick up several good ideas and things along the way. I look forward to lurking..

Specs:
Tow rig is a 2015 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon
3.5" RKS XFactor kit with coilovers
37" Nitto Trailer Grapplers
17" Raceline Avengers
Mostly Stout Fabrication body armor (sliders, rocker panel guards, light bar brackets, bumpers...)
50" KC Hilights bar
KC Hilights Cyclone rock lights
Warn Zeno 10s platinum winch
Factor55 ProLink
Plenty of other small junk that adds up..

Trailer Specs:
2"x3" box frame
Lock-N-Roll hitch
1.5" round tubing for structure
1/8" aluminum skins
37" Nitto Trail Grappler tires
17" Raceline Avengers (wheels and tires match the bolt pattern of the Jeep to require only a single spare)
Simple HF box on the front to store straps and tools
Fold down tailgate

This trailer was somewhat designed after the M416, but we wanted to do all tube work instead or metal breaks and make it a little larger to fit what we wanted. We have 14 month old twins, so we have realized that traveling with them is not nearly as easy as traveling used to be. Total time to build the trailer was spread over 6.5 days but we still have a few things to do when we finally get it back to Vegas as it has been in Park City UT for the last two months since we finished it.

Here are some pictures.. feel free to ask questions or let me know if I can help you with anything.
