I have a 2014 Jeep JKU. My RTT was positioned towards the back of the Jeep. I repositioned RTT to the front of the Jeep and loaded up for a road trip. As we pulled out of the house the ESC and MIL lights came on. Vehicle drove fine, and still does. Repositioned tent back to it's original position and lights did not turn off. Been a few months and the lights are still on. Tried disconnecting battery and they're still on. Have not had a chance to take it to get codes read. Tried doing the "turn key on and off 3 times" and no error codes displayed. Any thoughts? Again the lights didn't come on until the day after we repositioned the RTT.

Thanks for the help!

Tent should not have anything to do with it. If the MIL light is on, there has to be a code thrown.

You could take it to a orileys or if in Canada a Napa. They will read the code for you if you don’t want to take it to the dealer. You could also pick up a code reader. Some are pretty cheap and can read most codes.

If you are going to buy a reader, I'd suggest looking into getting an OBDII bluetooth reader and the Torque app. A great combo to have for more than just reading codes. I can help you with that if you need more info on it.
