Hello. Thanks for the add. I stay in the Baldwin Village area of Los Angeles and currently have a 2023 Ford Explorer Timberline. At the moment I have no experience in overlanding. I've only been watching a lot of overlanding videos recently.
Greetings Rashad, welcome to Overland Bound!

New member here from AB, Canada. Have been lurking the forum for a while. Have recently acquired a truck, F150 tremor.

So far not much has been done, I have added a bed rack to mount a roof top tent. My plan is to start a small build, nothing crazy since this is my daily, and hit some trails soon.

I feel like the camping season might be a bit shorter here in Alberta since we have cold winters. We are starting April here tomorrow and we just got hit with 12” of snow this week !

Very excited to learn and see all your builds and adventures, have very little off road experience but I’m hoping to get out more this summer and hit some trails soon!

Hi Alberto,

Welcome to Overland Bound!

Canada is amazing for overlanding. Really enjoyed the time there and have good memories of Alberta. The well known NPs like Banff or Jasper are awesome but also some smaller provincial parks. Really like the Badlands with the Dinosaur Provincial Parc.

Greetings from Europe,
Bjoern

Hi, I am Jennifer, and my husband is Gordon. We enjoy camping, hiking, and exploring nature on two wheels, 4 wheels, and taking our grandkids out to find new, exciting nature spots off the beaten path. We don't get out as much as we would like now that we have built Al's Hideaway in 2017, which is a campground on 20 acres designed for those who love to explore the Texas Hill Country.
Welcome from Oklahoma.

Just joined! Here is my recently completed 2024 Silverado 1500. My wife and I have years of light to moderate off-roading and camping experience. With the addition of our kids, now 2 and 4, we decided an upgrade in terms of comfort was needed. We're located in central CT and have a couple of trips planned this year. To get us started we have a 23zero walkabout72 mounted to a Billie bars bed rack, a 3in Elka/cognito lift to clear 35in tires, light bar mounted behind the grill, and a roof mounted starlink mini powered by the bed plug. I'm sure many upgrades to come with time as needed.
