Welcome to the OB crewBeen off-road to level most of my life. Last year? was talking to a longtime OB member up here in North Idaho about some stuff I was doing and wanted to do. Spent the last several months looking at OB and the whole overlanding community to see if there was a fit. Anyway #26580 now. Looking forward to seeing folks out there in the years to come

I'm new to Overlanding and while not able to do it yet as I'm awaiting the arrival of my vehicle I will be outfittting for overlanding, I'm elbow deep in the research phase. I'm currently living in Southeast Alaska but will be moving south in the next year or so. My vehicle will be a 2021 (maybe 2022) Ford Bronco. I'm very excited to get into Overlanding. I'm also a photographer hope to use this adventure to get me to remove locations to photograph.

Hello Frank, a warm welcome from Phoenix. Two items for you, trailsoffroad.com for area trails to drive and delete your actual home address and just use your city, I would recommend to never put anything that exact on the web, just saying. :)Greetings All,
We've been watching the Overland Bound YouTube videos as we've been researching overlanding. Decided to join and buy a Gazelle tent for our first foray into camping. Kids are grown so time to get into the adventure mix. Going slow as we figure out what we need. Currently driving a stock 2019 Toyota Tacoma TRD OffRoad. Bought it for daily driving and adventure. Indiana isn't exactly overlanding friendly, but there's a few state parks to get started on.
Cheers!

Welcome to Overland BoundHello all.
I'm new to overlanding, but I have been an avid camper my whole life, and I've been serving in the Army for 24 years this March.
I've been a co-pilot on the Rubicon for the last 12 years, and my wife finally let me get my own rig.
I have a 1997 Toyota 4Runner SR5
So far I've lifted it and put some tires on it.
I have been watching the You Tube videos and Instagram and felt you would be a great group of people to join.
I enjoy open fire cooking, adventures, and the outdoors. I am a great steward to our environment and I'm looking forward to the many adventures to come.

Welcome to Overland Bound ArtyHello,
I'm very new to overlanding. Based in the Chicago area.
Plan on building out my 2020 Silverado Trail Boss to become a Trail Beast. Starting with a 4" lift and 35" tires within the next few months.
I appreciate any advice that anyone wants to share. I look forward to being part of this community.
Thanks,
Arty

Hello HenryHi all,
Name's Henry
Don't have a noteworthy rig yet. I road trip in rentals or my 2014 Camry. I am Super interested in replacing it with a Honda Ridgeline (maybe this year).
Outside of driving LMTVs and setting up camp with the Army Reserves, I'm definitely a novice with 0 off-roading experience and a little bit of camping experience.
I enjoy chilling out in nature, road tripping and like learning new skills, especially camping, hunting and first aid.
Looking forward to updating you all with my actual rig soon enough.

I was just in C-Bus last week...I was having my Tacoma worked on at D&R Motors over on Hudson Street....check them out they do good work...very good friends of mine....Hello from Columbus, OH. I am new to overlanding, but have some experience rock crawling. My rig (RYNO) is a 2019 Jeep JLU Rubicon sitting on 35” ko2s with a 2.5” lift. I am an avid fisherman and the cannon looking box on my roof rack is a fishing rod holder. I literally get asked about that once a week. .
My goal is to be a sponge and do my best to learn everything I can from you guys. Although Central Ohio does not seem to be bursting with overlanding opportunities, I am open to some travel to experience what all life has to offer.
Thanks so much for the warm welcome up to this point.

Just got into overlanding with my '21 Tacoma TRD Off-Road 4x4. Been an avid camper/outdoorsperson for years but decided to dip my toe into longer vehicle-based trips.
Super stoked to get out there and explore new places.
