Hey all. I'm brand new on the forum and located in Middle Tennessee. I've got a pretty basic rig in my 2002 4Runner, but I love it! I'm looking forward to adding on to it and improving it more in time. It's such a great machine.

I've done a few local trails in the Upper Cumberland area but will be expanding my reach after the first of the year. Will be having some pics and videos soon.

I'm looking forward to learning from, growing with, and exploring more in this great community.

Hi all! Totally new to overlanding and can't wait to get my feet wet :) and my wallet empty :(

3. 2010 Nissan Xterra
4. Experience: Mucked around on a friends acreage in the past before but didn't really know what I was doing. Took my first rip through Waiparous area (in picture above) this past week and heard angels sing. Looking forward to learning and building up my rig.

If anyone in the Alberta area wants to go grab a beer, I'm always up for a well poured pint!

Hi guys! My name is Chris and I am located in Southwest Florida for school but originally from Orlando. I used to have a 2008 Tacoma 4x4 until it was totaled (RIP). After that I bought my 2000 Toyota Tundra 4x4 with the 4.7 liter v8 from my cousin. It has around 185k on the clock and runs great!

Just the other day I upgraded the tires to Cooper Discoverer A/T3s in 265/70/R16. I put a Plano box in the bed to hold some camping gear and it will soon be joined by 1 or 2 more. I plan on running a bed rack system and moderately lifting the truck to do some weekend trips here in the Southeast as well as some longer trips eventually.

I have lived my whole life in Florida loving the outdoors and just began getting interested in overlanding about 2 years ago. Whenever I can, I go camping with some buddies in the Ocala National Forest in Central Florida. We have our annual trip planned in early January for 4 days and I am really looking forward to getting out in the woods. Hoping to increase my trip frequency and put this Tundra to the test in 2018!

Hello everyone, growing up in East Texas my only idea of "off-roading" was getting stuck off in a some mud hole while drinking cheap beer, it just never appealed to me. It was not until I recently bought a completely stock 2012 Toyota FJ Cruiser that I discovered the world of "Overlanding" it was like a light switched inside of me and I can't drive down a back road with out looking at every dirt drive way or pasture path without a longing to turn off and get lost all by myself. Looking forward to learning all I can from the experienced people on this forum. rXclUV92S+ys1BQQparKaQ.jpg

New to overlanding (novice). Bought a 2015 Nissan Frontier and am slowly outfitting it. So far, I've made it a little taller and stuck some BFG A/T's under it, soft top, roof rack, and lights. Next getting a rack built to go around the soft top so I can put a roof top tent. Looking to do some exploring around Oregon next year.2015 Frontier SV.jpg

New guy in Northwest NJ, here. I've always been interested in outdoor adventures, and now that I've found myself with the opportunity to get into a 2018 Ram Rebel 4x4, I'm excited to get off the beaten path, and enjoy the challenges and rewards this has to offer!
I'm new to overlanding (I've spent most of my time in sports cars, and on the race track), so I've got lots to learn.... looking forward to benefitting from the knowledge and experience on offer here, connecting with members in my area, and giving back to the community where possible.
Hi DVC and welcome to OB! Nice looking rig! Safe travels and enjoy those open roads!
