3) Rig = Subaru! But did just pick up a FZJ80 with leaking head gaskets that I am in the mid of repair. It may fine its self with a few other added parts as they always do!
4) Overlanding Experience Background= Growing up was lucky and had lots of land to play in my back yard. Cut my teeth in a Bronco II.

2) Location=Southwest mainly
3) Rig = Old Land Rover disco 1... tdi conversion. A few odds and end. Nothing major. Just a work in progress. Labor of love.
4) Background= I'm from Prescott, AZ originally. Wheeled with Scott and the Overland Journal crew back in the day (early/mid 2000's). Introduced to the Overland Expo in 08 at the fairgrounds in Prescott Valley. Discovered that if you camped after wheeling for the day you were "overlanding" so I tossed the full width YJ away and picked up the Land Rover. Tent on the roof, fridge in the back, it's official. I'm overlanding now. Ha. Okay... okay... I know it has a deeper meaning.... It's good to be here. Fun to see the sport grow.

Rig= Rolling around in a 2013 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon, AEV JK350, Maggiolina RTT
Background = I have been running around the Sierras since 2010. My wife and I like to camp off the beaten path and away from typical campgrounds. Mix up our travels between forest roads and tougher trails, but haven't ventured into any real rock crawling. Still on the todo list are Mojave rd, Rubicon trail. Look forward to meeting some of you out on the trail.

I have been off-roading since I was able to drive (first in my mom’s old 2wd Tahoe with highway tires) and have progressively moved from that to big trucks...last of which being a 2015 GMC Sierra All-terrain.. which I sold to buy a beautiful 1999 Land Cruiser with 90k Miles. I’m really looking forward to getting more into overlanding. I’m looking to do some trails and camping in the South East every few weekends and the wife and I are planning a trip out to Moab in the spring.

I have a 2012 Toyota 4Runner. It has a 2.5" lift Toyo Open Country ATII Tires with 2017 TRD Trail Premium wheels. Tyger rocker guards. Rola 64" roof rack. Rago ditch brackets with Freedom LED's. Full LED headlights and fog lights. Raingler cargo net in the trunk. Truck has factory ACTIVTRAC and DAC mode. Many more mods planned in the future.

I have always been into the outdoors either on 4 wheeler s, riding bikes, hunting, etc. I recently trade din my Silverado in on my 4 runner and quickly started researching what kind of mods are out there for them. In my research i discovered over-landing and was very intrigued by it. I am a newbie at over-landing but have spent my entire life off-roading. I am hoping to combine the two and create a new hobby for my wife and I. Thanks for having me!

Me to, I have the bug bad. It has been too many years since my last real adventure (commercial off shore fishing of Kamchatka). Kids and such have got in the way. Need to add a second vehicle to the garage as my company rig is killing me in tax due to low work KM's. Rubicon here I come!

New here.
Located in toronto Ontario Canada.

I drive a 2007 Toyota fj. Have put a 2 inch lift on it with 285 duratracks. Build a folding bed in the back, great for camping!
Have mainly been exploring in the past on a dual sport motorcycle. But the fj can haul much more and the wife can finally come.
