Had a 2003 GMC, stepside, I love the AMBER fogs. Are they a bulb or lens change combo? Details on your bed rack system, if you don't mind.

She's a 19 1500 Silverado Trail Boss 5.3l V8 and is currently getting some new 295/70/18 rubbers on right now while im shopping around 4WP for some other fun gear. Shes my first Overland Build/First Truck. But finding Silverado Overland gear/accessories is becoming difficult.
Thanks! The fogs are LED bulbs but the lens are factory with yellow film. Simple cheap and look clean.
The rack is actually from eBay. I purchased it and the basket separate and the repainted, silicone, and added locktite to all the hardware. So far so good and a lot cheaper than most.
