Thanks! I'm actually on the NJ side of the bridge, but spend plenty of time in PA. A lot of what I've done has been in the Pine Barrens. I do want to get to more areas in PA, like Cherry Springs State Park, Poconos, etc.

Sorry,I just assumed lol. I used to spend alot of time in the poconos when I was a kid exploring (summer trips to visit my cousin) bit haven't been there in awhile. I seen a trip the other week where a group went through the pine barrens... that looked like a good ride.

Hello Ross and welcome to the OB crew....nice Jeep. Look forward to seeing your build and your adventures.
Thanks! Planning on keeping it pretty simple. Just some basic mods, rescue gear, and comfort for some zzz's.

Welcome from Central Texas
Thank you!

Thanks Drew! I'm liking the Subie (and maybe my favorite user name ever)! How often does the Eastern and PA/NJ areas meet up?

Isn't that the best user name?? Hahaha!!

Welcome to OB, Ross. Nice rig! Looks like you're poised to plummet down the slippery slope of the mod rabbit hole at any time. Enjoy the ride!

Haha thank you!

There was just a get together but there isn't a scheduled regular thing. In other words keep an eye on the calendar...

Another thing to check out is Rally Point. You can narrow down results by region...

If you ever want to plan a meet or do some exploring please feel free to set up a Rally Point. If you need any help with that feel free to ask. We recently went through a leadership change in the East but I'd expect some things will be forthcoming. Ultimately OB is what you make of it. You can sit back and get in on meets planned by fellow members or you can plan your own. You can simply use the forums and facebook groups as reference material to further your knowledge of tools, gear, and their implementation. Looking for someplace to go or even established route? Check out the Downloadable Routes sub forum..

Can't find what you're looking for after searching? Start your own thread and ask. There are a lot of helpful people here that will gladly answer.
