I am going to be purchasing a blackstone 17" propane griddle very soon which will become my main camp cook source. This will be my first griddle and I'd love to hear some over your favorite griddle meals, tips and tricks and of of course essentials that you would recommend. I am by no means a grill or griddle expert. Thanks in advance!

Late response but I think of a griddle as simply a larger fry pan-so anything that can be fried or sautéed works. I normally use a griddle for fried veggies, smash burgers, breakfast (think pancakes, bacon, eggs and scramble for burritos). If you have room take a wok lid (or any heat safe bowl) you can melt cheese, steam things etc.

Monday night I cooked bacon wrapped filet mignon on the griddle along with corn cut fresh off the cob. I seasoned the corn with some garlic & herb seasoning. Holy cow it was great! The corn had a little bacon taste & I was pleasantly surprised.
