Grand Canyon South Rim Trip

The road is closed from December to May. It gets hit by a lot of snow. Demotte was really nice when I stayed there. I would recommend it.

We camped at Havasupai after Expo West four years ago. Had a great trip. Had reservations on North Rim but didn't go when weather got bad. Here's a great writeup on the details of getting to the goods on the S. PS: We've got reservations for about a week at the North Rim campground in October. Will be taking day trips out to other points on the rim and doing some hiking.
