I usually carry a rod with me almost everywhere I go. Usually a cheap telescoping rod and a couple lures even.
Yuppers....almost identical as which came first..."the chicken or the egg". As a youngster I thought we camped because we fished...but slowly my camping has become far more complexed....and do I dare say "more comfortable". The terrain changed as my vehicles became more capable. Now camping has taken center stage.
