So I'm up with a few family members for the week and looking for some great scenic drives and possibly some lower trails to explore. We're in Ouray for the week. I know most of the high country is closed, but does anyone have a few places to go explore without getting into too much snow or ice? I'm running a fully equipped 3rd Gen Tacoma 4x4 and my brother-in-law is driving a Raptor. Thanks in advance!

According to the San Juan Mountain Trail Group page, I understand Animas Forks is still easily accessible from Silverton due to the lack of snow.

That's a start! Thank you so much. We'll look at similar elevations and go check them out!

The Rimrocker trail from Montrose to Moab is pretty close and a lot of fun. We had a small amount of snow last week but light enough to be ignored.
