Let's discuss what makes a tour platform really great! What features and functions do you think are most important when choosing tours online? What options help you plan your trips better and make them more memorable?

Waiver, if needed, can be completed online, at the same website. At the same time as booking. Don't waste my vacation time with legalese.

No confirmation needed. Day before, week before, any of that garbage. Once I have my slot paid for, it's my slot. Ran into this problem in a country not compatible with our cell phones. Company insisted on day before phone confirmation. Wasted precious time finding a local phone, to confirm tour, a day before. Will not use them ever again.

GPS coordinates online, to the meet up location of the tour. Not the office, not where the tour goes, but exact spot where we need to be. And the precise time.

When booked, screen should open up a window with the ticket. We simply screen shot it, or use phone to snap a Pic. Same ticket will also go to our email and be texted to our phones.

Hi everyone!!! The discussion about online tour platforms is really relevant. In my opinion, important features include ease of navigation, variety of tours and transparency of reviews. For example, the company I found provides an easy interface to search and compare tours worldwide, which makes the selection process less stressful. I also appreciated the availability of detailed TourRadar reviews, which helped me assess the quality and reliability of this tour operator.
