These are from our annual early May trip when some of the guys from our tear drop trailer group get together. It was at MacGregor Point Provincial Park on the eastern shore of Lake Huron in Ontario. Twelve guys for 4 nights ... what could go wrong?
I followed that with 2 nights on my own at Craileith PP on Georgian Bay. Not a great park but there's lots to do close by off site. I had a nice site right on the water. The sounds of a river are great and so are crashing waves!
I even had an interesting neighbour.

Our Campsite on May 15 on the North Rim of the Grand Canyon... Whitmore Wash to be exact. 86 miles of dirt to get her from St. George Utah. We spent the three days prior exploring the Gold Butte National Monument. We were on our way to Overland Expo West in Flagstaff, AZ.
On the way back we spent the night at Kelso Sand Dunes in the Mojave National Preserve... I couldn't' believe how empty the area was for a Sunday night...

The wife and I went to our favorite spot in New Mexico for the Memorial holiday, so glad this spot is little used. No wind this time as if it would matter, we stayed for a few days and then ventured up through the Carson National Forest on FR 1950. Landing in Valle Vidal for some much needed trout fishing, more to come later.
