Packed up camp and headed south down South Coast Ridge Road to connect with Los Burros Road and back to Highway 1 > PC: weeeee

Things were a bit dusty... LawnDart came prepared with plenty of rear lighting > PC: weeeee

When we stopped to air up, I noticed that the Yeti was trying to complete an advanced 90º barrel roll
Back on the Highway and headed home!
Stopped for a late lunch and then sat in traffic for 3 hours to get home, but well worth it for the adventure! Thanks to all that were there, and all of the skilled photographers on site to make my photos look like polaroids in comparison. I can't wait for the next adventure.

More to come...

Yes it was! Great campsite, but if you go keep in mind to be as respectful to the signage and the campsite as possible. Rangers and the NFS are looking for reasons to close it off...@MTN4RNR , Great photos! Was this campsite at Prewitt Ridge Campground?
I saw that on satellite afterwards! There was a small group that drove up from down there the day we left. Definitely checking it out next time! When you're up on top there...see that dead burnt out tree sticking up (you can see it from your cool shot out your back window) there's a cool campsite there that separates you from those up on the main clearing. Somebody left an old picnic bench there too. Best spot on the hill!

Gonna need some GPS coordinates for this. We will travel back to the coast... just for this spot.

I was just up there on Feb 13th on Presidents day weekend and it was packed. People were camping all over the place. The NFS had to come around twice to kick people off the grass fields. The Ranger I talked to was very nice, he gave me a fire permit and told me to stay on the dirt roads. I think your camp site was just North of where I camped. My camp spot was shaded and had a fire pit with a picnic table.Yes it was! Great campsite, but if you go keep in mind to be as respectful to the signage and the campsite as possible.
