Building a 1999 suburban and it was previously a first responder vehicle for the local FD. It came with a sliding rear tray with a extra slide out and storage area. It depends on how often you go out. I personally would build a kitchen on it. But if you work in the field and need a desk area that would be good too.

Sweet score! Looks kitchen worthy to me.

I have an ex highway patrol interceptor for my overlanding vehicle. I had anticipated building drawers, but had a happy surprise with the included weapon locker.

I travel with a teardrop, so the kitchen is there.
