I am going with a red arc charging system To run my fridge and accessories does any body recommend a good AGM battery and how many amp hours would be sufficient
I would recommend a Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePo4) Battery, as you can safely discharge them down to 20% of charge w/o damage, whereas an AGM is not supposed to be drained below 50% of charge or they will be damaged. The LiFePo4 cost more, but, in the case of "Battle Born" batteries, they come with a 10-year warranty (you can find them at
https://www.battlebornbatteries.com). Currently, a 100-Ah Battle Born costs $949.00, but, over the long term, you'll end up paying way more than that on AGM after AGM after AGM. You can discharge/recharge a LiFePo4 Battle Born up to 10,000 cycles as long as you don't drain the power lower than 20%. However, even if you were to drain the LiFePo4 down to 0%, they are still purported to be good for up to 5,000 cycles. Bottom line, the LiFePo4 will cost less over the long term, as you'll be replacing ~$300 AGMs every 3-years or so, and the LiFePo4 will keep on chuggin' along. Good luck on your hunt!
