I would recommend a Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePo4) Battery, as you can safely discharge them down to 20% of charge w/o damage, whereas an AGM is not supposed to be drained below 50% of charge or they will be damaged. The LiFePo4 cost more, but, in the case of "Battle Born" batteries, they come with a 10-year warranty (you can find them at https://www.battlebornbatteries.com). Currently, a 100-Ah Battle Born costs $949.00, but, over the long term, you'll end up paying way more than that on AGM after AGM after AGM. You can discharge/recharge a LiFePo4 Battle Born up to 10,000 cycles as long as you don't drain the power lower than 20%. However, even if you were to drain the LiFePo4 down to 0%, they are still purported to be good for up to 5,000 cycles. Bottom line, the LiFePo4 will cost less over the long term, as you'll be replacing ~$300 AGMs every 3-years or so, and the LiFePo4 will keep on chuggin' along. Good luck on your hunt!

If you choose the Redarc BCDC25A or BCDC40A they can charge both AGM and LiFePo4 batteries, so even if you don't spring for the battery now, make sure your charger can do lithium so you can reap the benefits later. Redarc is good stuff.

It may be worth looking into a power pack like a Goal Zero that you can charge from both your vehicle or from solar. I love the Redarc and use both their brake controller and DC to DC charger in my trailer. But, for something that can "move" with your fridge an independent power option may make more sense.
