I'm very interested, usually carry an IFAK in my every day driver along with some other medial gear. But think this is a good idea. Anyone else interested in joining? Thinking we might be able to get a group buy 3 get 1 free maybe... I might be able to talk my wife into it and have one other buddy who would be interested.

Wilderness First Aid: June 16-17, 2018

WILDERNESS FIRST AID DESCRIPTION
Wilderness First Aid is a sixteen-hour course designed to provide introductory skills in remote care. Based on recommendations from the Wilderness Medical Society and evidence-based research, our curriculum focuses on making sound decisions regarding patient evacuation and extended care. Wilderness First Aid is ideal for outdoor recreation enthusiasts, camp staff, remote site workers, and travelers who either work or play away from definitive medical care. Please note that food and lodging are not provided for WFA courses.

@Doug2003 there are a bunch of other cool classes they have. I don't have time or money for most, but cool that they do the classes in Washington.

I'll keep an eye on this and see how it shapes up. I've been wanting to do some wilderness first aid/first responder training.

Too soon to know for sure if I'll be in the area or not in June, but I do have plans to come through Seattle and WA in general at some point this year. I may just go for the longer certification class, though, as it looks like the WFA course is shorter but no certificate.
