UPDATE-It just dawned on me that the entire recipe/ingredients are not visible when watching the video from inside the forum-I put the ingredients at the bottom.
I know there are a few vegetarians on the forums here and while I am not one of them it doesn't mean I don't like to mix it up from time to time. Recently a group posted a challenge to do a meatless cast iron meal so I decided to break out the Lodge dutch oven and whip something up. We landed on 3 Bean Sloppy Joes which take very little time to put together and can be made at camp very easily. I put the video up last week and thought I would share it with as I think it came out pretty dang tasty.
If you are interested you can find it here-I hope you enjoy it!
Recipe- 1/2 Chopped Green Pepper, 1/2 Chopped Medium Onion, 3 Cloves Chopped, Garlic 1 Can (15.5 oz) each drained Red Kidney, Small White and Pink Beans, 1 Can (15 oz) Tomato Sauce, 1/2 C Ketchup, 2 T Cider Vinegar, 2 T Chili Powder, 2 T Brown Sugar, 1 t Ground Cumin, 1/4 t Salt, 1/2 C Sliced Scallions, 1 t Hot Sauce of your choice, Shredded Cheddar Cheese.
