I'll check it out.
For coffee I just do vanilla Starbucks beans, heavy whipping cream and liquid Splenda if I want it sweet.

If you're craving pasta, check out Banza. Made from chickpeas it's really quite good and leaves me feeling a whole lot better than wheat based pasta.

While less than traditional wheat pasta, that's still quite a lot of carbohydrates for a "Keto" diet, the core tenant of which is > 20g carbs per day.

I wouldn't incorporate it as a staple, but for the occassional pasta fix, it could work if it fits your macros.

I'm mainly on the Carnivore diet so I mainly pack steaks, burgers, eggs, butter and a skottle when I travel. So easy, So simple. My dog is a raw fed dog so essentially we can eat the same things except I cook mine.

I'm new to the whole overlanding thing, but I've been running a mostly (cyclical) keto diet for a while now. Thanks for the tips on what to pack. It's a shame more people don't use this diet. I was a non-believer until I did a 30 day "challenge" and started doing research. I firmly believe it is the most optimal diet out there.. And what a better diet to couple it with extended road trips to remote locations!

Edit:
Pork rinds are a fantastic snack to add as well. High in fat, practically no carbs. You just have to make sure they weren't fried with an unhealthy oil.
Hemp seeds are a great source of protein and are loaded with health benefits with science wellness.
Pickles are also great. Hardly any carbs, high in sodium, and great for your gut.
I follow a keto diet too, and when I travel, I make sure to pack things like beef jerky, pork rinds, macadamia nuts, coconut chips, and keto protein bars for snacks. I also bring along canned tuna or chicken for emergencies and a few of my favorite keto-friendly seasoning blends. For the cold items, I usually have pre-cooked bacon, avocados, pre-made salads with the dressing on the side, hard-boiled eggs, and cheese sticks. Prepping everything ahead of time really helps me stay on track while traveling and saves me from having to stop for food.
